Ferdig tekst kommunen kan gi deltakerne når Språki tas i bruk, slik at informasjonsplikten etter GDPR artikkel 13 er oppfylt. Fri til bruk — kopier den, tilpass den, og send den ut med kommunen som avsender.
Teksten er skrevet for å bli forstått, ikke bare for å være juridisk dekkende. Artikkel 12 krever et klart og enkelt språk — for deltakere i norskopplæring betyr det korte setninger, kjente ord, og helst deres eget morsmål.
Velg språk
Flere språk kommer etter hvert som kommuner ber om dem — og de legges åpent ut, så neste kommune slipper å spørre om det samme. Mangler språket dere trenger? Si fra på [email protected].
Før dere sender den ut
Malen dekker kravene i artikkel 13, men to felter må dere fylle ut selv — de kan ikke standardiseres på tvers av kommuner:
- Lagringstid (
[NUMBER]og[PERIOD]) — malen har ingen standardverdi. Sett den etter deres egne rutiner - Om deltakelsen er frivillig eller påkrevd — legg til én setning hvis den er obligatorisk
Kontroller også at rettslig grunnlag stemmer med deres hjemmel. Malen forutsetter opplæring etter integreringsloven eller opplæringslova (art. 6 nr. 1 bokstav e).
Alle felter i [KLAMMER] er de samme på alle språk, slik at ett søk-og-erstatt dekker alle versjonene.
Om oversettelsene: de er laget av oss. La gjerne en lærer, tolk eller deltaker som snakker språket lese gjennom før utsendelse — det tar ti minutter, og «vår egen ansatte har kvalitetssikret den» er et bedre svar til et personvernombud enn «leverandøren oversatte den».
Information about Språki

What we store about you
- Your name and your username
- Which group or class you belong to
- What you do in Språki: texts you write, exercises you complete, and your results
- Images and audio you upload yourself
Why we do it
We use Språki to help you learn Norwegian. Your teacher can see what you have done and help you move forward.
We do this because the municipality has a statutory duty to provide this education.
The rule that allows this is Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR (exercise of official authority).
Artificial intelligence
Språki uses artificial intelligence (AI). This means a computer reads what you write and gives you answers and feedback. Important things to know:
- The AI does not know who you are. We send your text, but not your name, not your email, and not which school you attend.
- What you write is not used to train the AI. This is agreed in writing with the companies that build the AI.
- The AI can be wrong. The answers are often good, but not always correct. Ask your teacher if something matters.
- Your teacher decides, not the AI. The AI gives you practice and feedback. It does not grade you and does not decide your level.
Do not write sensitive things
You should not write about your health, your religion, politics, or other private and sensitive matters while practising.
You do not need to write about them to learn Norwegian. If you have questions about such things, speak to your teacher instead.
Where the information is stored
Information about you is stored on servers in Germany, that is, in Europe.
When the AI is used, your text is sent to companies that may be outside Europe — for example in the USA. It is sent without your name. Agreements are in place that give you the same protection as in Europe.
How long we keep it
We keep the information for as long as you are a participant with us, and then for [NUMBER] [PERIOD]. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- See what information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete information about you
- Receive your information in a file you can take with you — you can download it yourself, inside Språki
- Complain if you believe we are doing something wrong
