What can I do as a teacher in Språki?

As a teacher, you have access to everything the students have, plus:

Groups

Create a group for your class under Groups. There, you can:

• Share announcements, word lists, conversations, and links with the entire class.
• Assign writing tasks and view submissions.
• See how much each student has practiced, and on what.
• Get an overview of common mistakes in the class — useful when planning your next lesson.

Groups are part of the school license: they are based on the school's own student accounts. If you teach using a private account, you get the rest of the tools, but not groups — see I teach, but am not employed at a school.

The Teacher Assistant

The Teacher Assistant is a workspace where you create teaching materials: exercises, texts at specific levels, presentations, lesson plans, and assessments. Everything can be downloaded.

Content

All content in Språki is leveled, so you can direct students straight to material that suits them. Word lists you create can be shared with the group and used in Practice.
