It says that my access has expired

This message means that your account no longer has valid access.

• If you purchased it yourself: renew on My Page or purchase access. You will get all your content back — nothing has been deleted.
• If you are a student: let your teacher know. It is usually the school's license that needs to be renewed, not something you can fix yourself.

School accounts are not closed on the exact day the license expires: you have a fourteen-day grace period where everything works as normal, allowing time for a renewal to go through. If you see this message on a school account, that grace period has ended.

Your content — texts, word lists, statistics — remains safely stored while your access has expired.
