Refresh the page first. If that doesn't help, let us know.

How do I report an error?

Use the feedback form. We read everything.

I found an error in the dictionary or in a text

Report it in the dictionary, and we will correct it.

The sound is not working

Check the volume, ensure the browser is not muted, and try reloading the page.

The microphone is not working

The browser needs permission to use the microphone. Check the permissions.

It says that my access has expired

The subscription or school license has expired. Renewing will restore access immediately.
