How does my school get access?

Schools, adult education centres, municipalities, and businesses purchase licences for their users. The price per user decreases the more licences you have.

Here is how to do it:

1. See the prices and the price calculator.
2. Contact us with the number of users and your desired start date.
3. We set up the organisation, and a designated person on your end becomes an administrator who can create and assign users.

Renewal

The licence is valid for twelve months. We will notify you well before it expires, and you can see the expiry date under Overview on School Administration.

If the date passes anyway, no accounts are closed immediately: you have a fourteen-day grace period during which students and teachers can continue working as before. This provides enough time for an order and an invoice to be processed, even in the middle of a holiday. If the deadline expires without a renewal, the accounts will lose access — but nothing is deleted, and everything is restored the moment the licence is in place.
