Which level should I choose?

Språki uses the standard levels from the European framework:

• A0 — absolute beginner, you know a few words.
• A1 — you understand and use simple sentences about yourself and everyday life.
• A2 — you can handle simple conversations about familiar topics.
• B1 — you manage in most situations and can speak coherently.
• B2 — you understand more demanding texts and can take part in discussions.

It is better to choose a level that is too low rather than too high. This makes the texts easier to understand and helps you learn faster. You can change your level on My Page whenever you want.

The level determines the difficulty of the language in Språki: the length of the sentences, which words are used, and how much is explained.
